When will I receive my EHMFROOT after I place my order?

Kindly allow 1 week for processing and up to 2 weeks for delivery by Canada Post. Most customers receive their package within ten days. 

Shipping costs are determined at checkout.

Our shipments to you have a tracking number associated with the package. The shipping carriers do their best to ensure that your package will be delivered to you quickly and safely. Once the carrier scans your package, it is out of our hands and no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen.

Regarding customs, duties and associated taxes, these fees are determined by the customs agency and it is the responsibility of the recipient of the package to pay the required fees in order for their package to be released to them. The customs agency will contact the recipient by email, phone or mail with further information, if necessary.

If your package is returned to our company (i.e. due to wrong address, etc), we will invoice you the cost of re-shipping the package right back to you.
