Exchanges/Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in the shipping process.
If you would like to exchange it for the same item due to damage, contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your item at SylviaS@ehmfroot.com. We must approve the replacement. In order to approve the replacement, we will ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item by email to SylviaS@ehmfroot.com and let us know that you would like another. If we approve the replacement, we ask you to send the (unopened and unused) item to: 3450 rue St. Denis suite #167 Montreal Quebec CA H2X 3L3.
Shipping and Handling

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are given a replacement item, the cost of return shipping (from EHMFROOT to you) will be charged to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
